Evangelical Layman’s Church (ELC) is a non-denominational Christian church dedicated to spreading the truth of the gospel. It was incorporated on November 20th, 2001 as a religious, charitable and educational organization within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. From its beginnings in Korea in the 1960s, the Church has centered on the Bible’s message of salvation and has operated as a non-hierarchical assembly of laity.
